CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - As COVID-19 cases in Livingston County have seen a steady rise over the last few months, public officials are stepping in.
Chillicothe City Clerk Rose Frampton told KXCV/KRNW that officials have followed the directions of Gov. Mike Parson so far, but are issuing their own recommendation this week.
Livingston County has recorded less than 60 cases of the virus.KXCV-KRNW
